Case study 02 ยท Campervan conversions

Workshop photos in. Polished work out.

Concept Vehicle Conversions needed practical systems on both sides of the business: helping finished vans reach buyers and giving the team one reliable place for people, leave and key dates.

Two different bottlenecks. The same practical approach.

A finished conversion begins with workshop photos, but turning those into a consistent sales listing used to mean several separate jobs. The new flow prepares the images, produces a complete description, publishes the listing and keeps the reporting together.

Behind the workshop, staff information and leave had their own set of handovers. Working patterns, allowances, requests, approvals, documents and key dates now have one home in the CVC Staff Hub.

Automation where it helps. Human decisions where they matter.

The repetitive movement of information is automatic. A manager still approves leave. A person still checks the work. The system handles the balance update, wallchart, reminders and weekly digest after that decision, so nothing has to be copied from one place to another.

The joined-up route

Less copying. Fewer forgotten handovers.
